ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately following your purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are shipped from London, United Kingdom.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders are prepared and shipped on the same day or within 24 hours of purchase.
EXPRESS SHIPPING DELIVERIES
Orders placed after 8am UK time with Express Shipping will be dispatched the following business day.
TRANSIT REASSURANCE
While exceptional factors beyond our control may occasionally cause transit variations, we personally monitor the progress of every parcel and will keep you fully informed of any delays.
Standard Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping Worldwide on orders over £80.
All orders under £80 ship for a £6 fee.
Estimated Transit Times:
- UK: 3 – 5 days
- Europe: 5 – 10 days
- USA & Canada: 7 – 14 days
- Rest of the world (ROW): 10 – 14 days
Express Shipping
Orders placed after 8am UK time with Express Shipping will be dispatched the following business day.
UK EXPRESS SHIPPING (1 – 2 Days) is £12. We offer free UK Express shipping on orders over £130.
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING ( 3 – 7 Days) is £50. We offer free International Express shipping on orders over £300.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.
Please kindly check your spam or promotional folders and message us if it has not arrived.
NB. Courier scans may take up to 48 hours to reflect.

- Selected Books are Standard delivery only.
Customs & Duty
Import duties may be incurred on orders shipped to countries outside the UK.

Shipping Partners: Our shipping carriers are Fedex, UPS, DHL, DPD and Royal Mail.
Postal Packaging: Orders are shipped in parcels that are discreet and unbranded. All items within your parcel come beautifully wrapped in complimentary luxury scented tissue papers. All postal packaging can be recycled.
Store Collection (Click & Collect)
Enjoy same-day availability of your purchases Monday to Saturday, excluding UK public holidays.
Simply place your order by 1pm, select Store Collection at online checkout and choose your collection date/time slot.
Collection from the store is free.
London Delivery By Courier
We deliver across London zones 1, 2 and 3 at £20 by courier. This service is free on orders over £150.
London delivery by courier is offered Monday to Sunday, excluding UK public holidays.
Whether you require same-day, next day or named day delivery, simply place your order online and choose your date/time slot from our London Courier option at checkout.

Should you require personal shopping assistance or prefer to place your order directly with our expert team, we can arrange special handling and delivery of your purchases to any destination.

Refunds & Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but you may return items purchased at AncienneAmbiance.com in their original, unused and resaleable condition (and unopened for beauty/cosmetics due to health and hygiene regulations) for a refund, partial refund or exchange within 14 days from receipt.
– Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process your return.
– Payment Method: Refunds can only be credited back to the original credit card or payment method used during checkout.
– Bespoke Creations: Personalised, monogrammed, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Jewellery & Earrings: Due to health and hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Eligible jewellery must be returned in pristine, unworn condition.
– Promotions & Sale Events: Items purchased on promotion or sale via AncienneAmbiance.com remain eligible for our standard 14-day return window. Please note that archive or sale items purchased in-person at our physical boutique are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
